Excellent service from Wickham Surgery

I have had several surgery appointments in the last year and on each and every occasion have found the staff, nurses and Doctors to be very professional, helpful and kind. I have been referred to hospital for procedures and tests. All of which are now being treated. Thank you Wickham Surgery for taking such good care of me.

I seem to have been to the Doctors more in the last year than I have in the whole of my life. I have had a couple on operations this year, the last one was TURPS surgery for an enlarged prostate, following the operation I encountered a few problems, Wickham Surgery were the most helpful people you could wish to meet. When I needed to see a doctor or nurse (which was a few times in the first couple of months) they were there to help me. Thank you Wickham Surgery I am so much better and a lot me comfortable now.

Infrequent Visitor but always happy with service

I have always found all the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Recently I have booked an appointment for my school age daughter and the receptionist was very patient finding an appointment for her that worked with school hours. The staff in the dispensary are always helpful too and I have never had any problems getting my repeat prescription. I have used the online consulting and the reply was prompt and saved me having to come to surgery to see a doctor. The nursing team have always been professional and thoughtful and procedures have been carried out with respect and dignity for the patient. I do not have cause to see the doctors much but would like to say I have always been treated well when I have needed to be seen. When I needed an urgent appointment for 1 of my children I was able to get an appointment without a problem. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work.
