Seasonal Flu and Covid 19 Autumn Boosters

We are now offering appointments for Seasonal Flu and Covid 19 Autumn Boosters. Please see the eligibility cohorts below and if you fall into one of these categories, please either book an appointment online using the NHS App or patients access or contact the surgery on 01329 833121 after 10am to book an appointment.

Patients have the choice of whether to have both vaccines administered in one appointment or to receive them in separate appointments. Both vaccinations can safely be given at the same time. We encourage co-administration, saving you repeated journeys and for NHS staff time efficiency.

Seasonal influenza vaccination eligibility

• Those aged 50 years and over
• Those aged 18 years to under 49 years in clinical risk groups
• Pregnant women
• Those in long-stay residential care homes
• Carers
• Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
• Frontline healthcare workers, social care workers and care home workers

COVID-19 Autumn Booster vaccination eligibility

• Those aged 50 years and over
